The second TASTE Summit takes place on October 9 2018 at the MECC Maastricht. This year’s theme is VITAL Food. The importance of eating real foods is highlighted by prof. Carlos Monteiro from Sao Paolo and organizer Peter Klosse. The effect of real foods on the brain will be illustrated by the founders of Thimus from Bozen, Italy. Chefs will present initiatives that already help to activate people to make healthy and delicious choices. From the regional minister of Limburg, Hubert Mackus, we will hear how the regional government supports the vitality of citizens and landscapes.
